On behalf of the Polish Neuroscience Society (PNS) and the Organizing Committee of the 16th international PNS Congress which will be held on September 20-23, 2023 in Toruń, We are pleased to propose you the possibility of advertising and/or presenting the products/services/publishing offer/training offer, etc., offered by your company during the aforementioned congress.
The offer regarding exhibition stands, various forms of advertising and additional sponsorship opportunities can be found in the attached file with the presented sponsorship packages. It applies to all conference days (exhibitors' stands and advertising), but also to some forms of advertising (on the website, in social media, in the abstract book or in packages of conference materials).
We expect about 300 conference participants. The aim of this congress is to ensure the highest level of substantive meeting attended by researchers from leading international neuroscientific centers. Many of these centers are current or potential recipients of your offer. Plenary lectures during the congress will be given by seven outstanding specialists from leading neuroscience centers. In addition to the plenary lectures, 10 symposium sessions, workshops and events for young scientists are planned, as well as 2 poster sessions (approx. 100 posters each), presenting the latest outcomes in neurobiology, neuropsychology, neurology, cognitive science and other fields of neuroscience.
We provide exhibitors with the space of a spacious main hall and side halls in a modernly equipped building of the Institute of Psychology of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (39 J. Gagarina Street).
